Dr Kofi Osei-Kusi is a business entrepreneur, a speaker, an author and a life coach who has dedicated his life to youth development.
He was the winner of the Foundation Philanthropist of the Year 2017 award at the National Philanthropy Awards; the winner of the prestigious SME Ghana High Impact Personality Award in 2016; the winner of the African Youth Special Recognitions Award in 2016, and was voted by the Young Professionals and Youth Coalition of Ghana (YPYC) in 2015 as the Young Professional Role Model in youth development and empowerment. For two consecutive years, he has been shortlisted as one of 30 Heroes of Change by the MTN Ghana Foundation.
He serves as Executive President of the Osei-Kusi Foundation, which is an award-winning foundation providing mentoring, coaching, scholarships, leadership and rural outreaches to support the youth population. He is the Managing Consultant of OKF Consult and the Chancellor of GH Media School.
He has a spontaneous gift and flair with young people, which together create an unforgettable experience for his audience, all of whom he encourages to rise to their full potential.
For more than two decades, he has been involved in the training and raising of hundreds of leaders through leadership seminars, training programmes and one-to-one coaching, as well as through his personal development books. His proprietary team-building technique—which notably has been used by a number of firms—is fast becoming the tool of choice for corporate bodies that seek to gel their teams in mind of achieving peak performance.
Dr Osei-Kusi has authored 18 books. He is a columnist for the Business & Financial Times newspaper in Ghana and a regular guest on GTV and other television and radio talk shows.
He is happily married to Jackie, and they are blessed with four lively children.
Nina has an affable personality with great interpersonal skills which enable her to relate closely with the clients of the foundation. Her role as Client Relations Manager involves managing and maintaining an excellent relationship between the foundation and its club members. She also serves as liaison officer between the foundation, corporate partners, and the general public. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Knutsford University College, an affiliate of University of Ghana.
Ms. Ayishatu Kadiri Sumana serves as the link officer between OKF and its beneficiaries such as the scholarship scheme, prison support services, widows and orphans and rural outreaches. She holds BA degree in Social work.
Gabriel is passionate about serving God and drawing masses to the knowledge and fear of God. He is an excellent speaker and organiser who regularly leads the OKF team of volunteers and staff on rural missions and outreaches to deprived communities. His desire is to see transformation in the lives of rural folks and ensuring that their material and spiritual needs are met through the support of the Foundation together with its partners.
