Emmanuel Dei Tumi
Emmanuel Dei-Tumi is one of Africa’s most respected authors, speakers and corporate trainers on the subject of thought Leadership, Creative Entrepreneurship and the development of emerging young African leaders. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Future Leaders Group, a financial, logistics and Human Capital development focused Business entity.
Emmanuel has over twenty years of experience in the design and implementation of youth Development, strategic Leadership and business start- up modules, consulting for private and
public sector Institutions including international development agencies. He is an experienced professional Trainer/Speaker and a youth development expert.
He has very strong leadership skills, and a knack for helping to develop the next generation of African’s young entrepreneurial leaders.
He has authored eleven best Selling books, and several training modules on success and personal development on DVD and audio CDs.
Emmanuel has also pioneered the establishment of a number of enterprises and organizations including the Foundation for Future Leaders International, The Future Leaders Investment Microfinance Limited, the future Leaders Cooperative Credit Union, the future leaders Investment Club, The Future Leaders Properties and the Wisdom Center International.
Emmanuel has received several awards including the Millennium Excellence Award (Inspirational Category), Goodwill Ambassador for Prosperity for Africa by the African Heritage Society
in South Africa and has been inducted as full member of the Society with 19th October celebrated as an Appreciation Day in his honour.
Dr. Kofi Osei-Kusi

Dr Kofi Osei-Kusi is a business entrepreneur, a speaker and a life coach who has dedicated his life to youth development.
He was recently awarded the Foundation Philanthropist of Ghana for the Year 2017 by the National Philanthropy Forum. He was the winner of the prestigious SME Ghana High Impact Personality Award in 2016; the winner of the African Youth Special Recognitions Award in 2016, and was voted by the Young Professionals and Youth Coalition of Ghana (YPYC) in 2015 as the Young Professional Role Model in youth development and empowerment. For two consecutive years, he has been shortlisted as one of 30 Heroes of Change by the MTN Ghana Foundation.
He serves as Executive President of the Osei-Kusi Foundation (OKF), which is an award-winning foundation providing mentoring, coaching, scholarships, leadership and rural outreaches to support the youth population. OKF runs the biggest platform in Ghana for volunteerism among tertiary students, giving students ¢10,000 to undertake various innovative projects.
He is the Managing Consultant of OKF Consult, and the Chancellor of GH Media School.
He has a spontaneous gift and flair with young people, which together create an unforgettable experience for his audience, all of whom he encourages to rise to their full potential.
For more than two decades, he has been involved in the training and raising of hundreds of leaders through leadership seminars, training programmes and one-to-one coaching, as well as through his personal development books. His proprietary team-building technique—which notably has been used by a number of firms—is fast becoming the tool of choice for corporate bodies that seek to gel their teams in mind of achieving peak performance.
Dr Osei-Kusi has authored 18 books. He is a weekly columnist for the Business & Financial Times newspaper in Ghana and a regular guest on GTV and other television talk shows, including ‘WISDOM FILLA’, which is a weekly TV broadcast produced by the Osei-Kusi Foundation for the youth.
He is happily married to Jackie, and they are blessed with three lively children.
Johannes Akuffo Okutu
With close to ten years’ experience as a banker and having worked successfully in departments such as customer relations, deposit mobilization and credit, Johannes made the transition from the formal banking industry to the microfinance sector in 2003. He is the co-founder of African Support Network(ASN) and its subsidiaries and is the Chief Operations Officer.
He holds a number of qualifications in accounting and finance and is currently a finalist with the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). Akuffo is trained in the practical aspects of micro finance and micro insurance and is the co-founder of Chosen Generation, a Leadership Mentoring Organization in Ghana.
Michael Kwame Ayirebi
Michael is a Chartered Marketer with a Post-Graduate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK). He is an MSc Finance & Investment Candidate at the London School of Business & Finance (LSBF, London). He is a certified Management Consultant and Certified Business Advisor both by the Institute of Consulting, London.
Michael is currently the Country Consultant for Canadian – a London based Marketing Research & Business Intelligence Firm – responsible for coordinating local research projects for the firm. He also consults for Phamous Media Group, and heads Business development at Droplets AM.
A thorough-bred entrepreneur, Michael has founded start-ups like AM Capital Partners- A boutique Investment Firm with holdings in Kamian Foods (Iogurt), The Worship House Group Ltd., Droplets AM Consultancy Ltd. and K&M Properties.
Michael accomplished Marketing Consultant and boasts over 6 years expertise from working and training at some of the globe’s most powerful names in marketing communications, including: Grey Communications Worldwide; IN Network; Saatchi and Saatchi; Doyle Dane Bernbach (DDB); DDP Outdoors and Synovate Research (Now the Steadman Group).
His professional experience in marketing covers a tall list of international Banking firms, Insurance companies, Manufacturing companies, Investment Banking Firms, Oil & Gas Companies among others. Over the years he has trained firms such as Expresso, African Support Network (Financial Services), Vanguard Assurance, Paloma Hotels, Solutions Micro Finance, ASN Properties among others.
Jacqueline is an experienced banker, marketer, youth counsellor and entrepreneur. She is a Relationship Manager at the United Bank for Africa. She holds a first Degree in Business Economics from the University of East London, UK and an MSc in International Marketing Management from the same university.
C. S. Sackey
Legal Advisor/Non-Executive Member
Mr. C. S. Sackey is a lawyer by profession. He is a former Chief Director of the Attorney General’s Department as well as a former Chief Director of the Ministry of Youth & Sports of the Republic of Ghana. He serves on several boards and brings to OKF over 40 years of legal and managerial experience to ensure that OKF remains legally compliant and maintains a rapid but sustainable growth.
